The DirtGlue road build system combines our proprietary “high solids” liquid polymer with soil to build strong, durable, roads. This proven road building technique is a cost effective alternative to traditional road building methods.
Our “mixed in” technique uses the Macadam road building system and takes it one step further. The proper aggregates made up of crushed stone of various sizes, combine with fines (< 200 sieve) and interlock to form a strong, durable road surface. Once the road surface has been properly prepared the DirtGlue product is “mixed in” at the correct application rate. The road is then graded, crowned and compacted to create a smooth, tight surface that resists erosion and traffic shear.
In addition to building roads this “mixed in” technique is ideal for parking lots, golf cart paths and helicopter pads.
