1.) DIRTGLUE

DirtGlue Polymer Emulsions are powerful, high-tech bonding agents specifically engineered and formulated to bond soil particles together. Applied to the surface of the soil, DirtGlue Polymer Emulsions form a protective, flexible film that eliminates dust, prevents mud and controls erosion thereby providing a solution to today's challenging dust and erosion control requirements.

As DirtGlue Polymer Emulsion bonds the individual soil particles together and dries, it forms a flexible "crust" that strengthens the surface of the soil. It creates a three-dimensional matrix (depth varies depending on type of application and performance requirements) in the soil resulting in enhanced stability and durability.

As non-hazardous, water-soluble products, DirtGlue Polymer Emulsions may be applied to environmentally sensitive areas such as wetland buffer zones. They have no harmful effects on people, animals, fish, or other aquatic life

DustLess is the revolutionary new non-hazardous dust control agent that eliminates human related health risks to workers, bystanders and abutters on all construction sites or dirt and gravel roads by eliminating airborne dust. DustLess enables equipment to operate peak performance with reduced maintenance costs and less down time.

DustLess is ready to use dust control designed specifically for areas where the surface will be continually disturbed thereby rendering most conventional dust control systems less effective. DustLess never evaporates and does not wash away in rain.

Controlling dust and sediment runoff presents major challenges. The use of water and other types of dust control methods are only effective for a short period of time and must be reapplied frequently to maintain their effectiveness. Once applied to the surface of the soil, the appropriately selected DirtGlue Polymer Emulsion bonds the soil particles together to form a protective barrier that eliminates wind blown dust with just a single application. For sediment control, the DirtGlue Polymer Emulsion coats the surface and minimizes the infiltration of water.

Erosion & Sediment Control

Soil erosion is another common problem facing Project Managers and Road Agents. Unlike other methods, however, which attempt to deal only with the symptoms, specifically sediment, the appropriately selected DirtGlue Polymer Emulsion cures the underlying problem by creating a protective barrier on the surface of the soil that prevents erosion from taking place.

Conventional sediment control methods include installing hay bales, filter fabric, and temporary settling ponds. Each of these methods requires ongoing maintenance to continue their effectiveness. By preventing erosion, DirtGlue Polymer Emulsion eliminates the expense of these traditional methods since there is virtually no sediment runoff.

Topsoil Piles

Excavation contractors typically strip up the topsoil and stockpile it during residential and commercial construction. During the dry season these stockpiles are subject to wind erosion creating large amounts of dust. During rain events these stockpiles are subject to sediment runoff. DirtGlue Light Polymer Emulsion solves these problems by protecting these stockpiles.

This method is more effective and less time consuming and eliminates the expensive handling of tarps.

Sand Piles

Asphalt plants mix sand and stone aggregate with a petroleum binder to produce blacktop. Sand piles stored outside at asphalt plants soak up rainwater. That water has to be completely removed from the sand prior to mixing in the petroleum. DirtGlue Polymer Emulsion sprayed onto the sand piles forms a protective barrier that substantially reduces the absorption of water. This in turn reduces the costly drying time necessary to the manufacturing process.

Coal Piles

Electrical power plants in many areas of the country use coal to generate steam. Similar to sand, the coal is stored outside in piles where it absorbs water every time it rains. Higher moisture content reduces coal's ability to burn efficiently. Spraying DirtGlue Polymer Emulsion on the surface of coal successfully minimizes the absorption of water, enabling the power plant to derive greater energy yield, thus reducing cost.

Applications with a Natural Look
After a DirtGlue Polymer Emulsion application has cured, the product is completely clear, leaving the color of the existing soil unchanged. Hydroseeding and Mulching
