DirtGlue Polymer Emuslion products have been approved by the following official regulatory agencies:

Pennsylvania Dirt and Gravel Roads Program

New York Dept. of Environmental Conservation

DirtGlue Polymer Emulsions have been given approvals by the New York Dept. of Environmental Conservation and New York Dept. of Transporation.

Steps in the State of New York approval process:

1. Product goes through NY Dept. of Environmental Conservation approval process for evaluation of environmental safety. If product meets DEC requirements DEC issues a Determination of Environmental Compatibility.
2. NY Dept. of Transportation evaluates the product for effectiveness. If NYDOT deems the product effective the product is placed on NYDOT Approved List in the appropriate use class (in DirtGlue's case "Dust Palliatives"). NY DOT Stipulates that Application Instructions and Conditions For Use are followed (see below).
